Account / Project Manager

We’re looking for an Account / Project Manager – Big Data & Business Development Division

What you’ll be doing:

The Project Manager will join the dynamic KSM team, playing a key role in overseeing and driving multiple research projects. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-impact projects. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of projects, from initiation to execution, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing research and innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, researchers, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicating project updates and outcomes to stakeholders, both internal and external.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, research, Big data, AI or innovation settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have proven skills related to:

• Internship or professional experience in customer service, project/account management, or business development.
• Leadership and team collaboration.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Background in medical research.
• Experience with big data and AI.
• Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
